Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12:00 PM)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a certain amount — check our homepage for the latest offer.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@petbloomhq.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. PetBloom is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to make changes before the order is dispatched.
