At PetBloom, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please read our Return Policy carefully to understand your options.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not listed under our non-returnable items (see below).
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used pet food and treats
- Grooming products that have been opened or used
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@petbloomhq.store with the following information:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will review your request and provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as PetBloom is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the same product. Please contact us at support@petbloomhq.store within 7 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@petbloomhq.store. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
